Sinclair's Restaurant

Timeless in its beauty and stylishness Sinclair's offers an impressive dinner menu and wine list. This restaurant is perfect for a romantic dinner for two or celebratory dinner for many. Named for Lee W. Sinclair one of the original owners of West Baden Springs Hotel. Sinclair brought sophistication to southern Indiana and transformed the hotel into a slice of European elegance in America. Located just off the Atrium.

Table One

Table One—located at West Baden Springs Hotel—is the private chef’s table placed right in the kitchen. Watch as the chef prepares your meal for an intimate group of not more than ten. Glass walls make observing every move possible; with the flip of a switch, the partition is frosted to provide the utmost in seclusion. Private parties dine on custom menus served on elegant one-of-a-kind Versace dinnerware.

Café at Sinclair's

With a varied menu from a simple bowl of fruit to classic eggs benedict for breakfast, or soup and salad to a pizza hot off the brick for lunch.  The Café at Sinclair’s is a sophisticated and refined location for a luncheon or quiet rendezvous. Located just off the Atrium.

Ballard's Bar

Enjoy cocktails and lighter fare before the spa or after a concert. Style meets class in the Atrium under the dome. This bar is named for Ed Ballard, who began his career with the hotel as a pin setter in the bowling alley, made his fortune running an illegal casino then purchased West Baden Springs Hotel from Lee Sinclair in 1923.

Xanadu Coffee & Creamery

The rich aroma of our baked goods, freshly made waffle cones and Starbucks coffee is sure to draw your attention. Stop by for deli style wraps, chocolate chip cookies or ice cream. Located just down the hall from the lobby.

Sprudel's Snack Shop

Bask in the sunshine outside or lounge by the indoor pool, with margarita or fruit smoothie in hand. This unique poolside snack bar offers everything from salads to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and everything in between. Find Sprudel’s in the Natatorium just beneath the Spa at West Baden Springs Hotel.

Hagen's Club House Restaurant

Hagen’s is clubhouse dining with an expansive menu from soups and salads to steaks and seafood. Enjoy dinner with a fabulous panoramic view of The Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort year-round. Located at the Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort.
