In addition to the Personal Information listed above, Personal Information that we may view or collect at the Casino includes your driver's license number and state, passport number and Social Security number. These methods of identification are used to verify who you are, your age, and may also be used for tax reporting or other legal reasons. If you decide to host a corporate or other event at the hotel, we may collect additional types of information from you and your guests, including your company's name and address, and the purpose of the event.
For security and safety reasons, we may capture your image on our video cameras. These cameras, as well as our security personnel are in the Casino and other public areas on our resort to help protect our guests and to help identify individuals who have registered with the Indiana Gaming Commission's Voluntary Exclusion Program. Additionally we may collect vehicle license plate numbers for security and traffic control reasons.
We may combine Personal Information with information from other sources, such as that which may be generally or publicly available, available through our affiliates, or from third-parties. This will help us identify your preferences or interests.
Non-Personal Information
"Non-Personal Information" is information about you or your activities through which you cannot be personally identified. These situations are largely limited to automatic and internet based interactions, as human interaction often creates identification. IX. PERSONS UNDER AGE 21
Consistent with applicable gaming laws, gaming programs that may be offered by the French Lick Resort and the use of the Casino are intended for use only by persons age 21 and older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and for any reason. We will refuse admittance, service or participation in our programs to individuals who cannot verify they are 21 years of age or older.
If the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 believes that the person has provided us with Personal Information for the purpose of gaming, the parent or guardian of that person should alert casino management in person or contact the Database Marketing Manager at the address below and request that such Personal Information be removed.
