Serving 100% premium aged Midwest, corn-fed Angus beef, 1875: The Steakhouse offers choice cuts that are aged to be tender and full of flavor.

Table One is a true chef’s tasting table and a unique private dining experience for groups of up to 10. When you book a Table One experience, one of our West Baden executive chefs will communicate with you directly and learn about your group’s preferences. Combining your personal tastes with the chef’s creativity, your customized 5-course menu is revealed when your group sits down to eat. Courses are served one one-of-a-kind Versace dinnerware, and glass walls allow you to watch our culinary team in the kitchen as they prepare your meal. With the flip of a switch, the glass is frosted for dining privacy.

The large electrical switchboard that once powered French Lick Springs Hotel is the focal point of this family-friendly restaurant that serves up delicious appetizers, salads, burgers and sandwiches, plus a kid's menu. Located on the lower level near The Grand Colonnade Restaurant.

Spring No. 8’s relaxed poolside setting is also perfect for sipping on a classic or tropical-inspired cocktail, or your favorite beer or wine. Located in Pluto's Alley on the hotel's lower level, Pluto's Pizzeria offers a variety of homemade calzones, stromboli and pizza served whole or by the slice. In the hotel's heyday, the Pluto bar served hot or cold Pluto water piped directly from the spring. Guests at the hotel were encouraged to drink the water praised for its seemingly limitless health benefits.

The restaurant and adjacent Ballard's Bar are named for Ed Ballard, who owned West Baden Springs Hotel during its heyday in the 1920s and early '30s.

Enjoy clubhouse dining with a panoramic view of the spectacular Donald Ross Course at French Lick. Hagen’s features a diverse menu including steaks, seafood, salads, burgers, and of course, Hagen's signature BBQ ribs. The restaurant is named for legendary golfer Walter Hagen, who won the 1924 PGA Championship at this course.

Savor a sandwich and cocktail while overlooking the breathtaking course carved into the hills of southern Indiana by legendary course designer Pete Dye. The clubhouse is the mansion home built by former French Lick Springs Hotel owner Thomas Taggart for his son Thomas D. Taggart and his family. Seating is limited.
