Adam Wainwright traded his baseball cap for a cowboy hat, and it’s a whole new ballgame for this rising country music star. Baseball fans know him for clutch pitching performances with the St. Louis Cardinals, where he was a three-time MLB All-Star and played a pivotal role in 2006 and 2011 World Series titles. Fans can now see a whole new side of Wainwright through his music. Songs on his first album reflect his personal journeys: as a father, a husband, and growing up in the South. Bret Michaels knows how to bring the party to the stage. He’s returning to French Lick Resort with Parti-Gras 2.0 — bigger, better and wilder with heavy metal icon Dee Snider. Get ready for a night of all killer hits by Poison and Twisted Sister.
Michaels rocked French Lick in February 2023 when he played the first sold-out show at the 2,500-seat Exhibition Hall. He’s back in 2025 and fans can expect, of course, “Nothin’ But a Good Time” with plenty more Poison fan favorites including “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” “Something to Believe In” and “Go That Far.” More than three decades after first taking the rock world by storm, a new generation of fans knows Bret from an array of television and film appearances — including the reality competition dating series Rock of Love and a first-place finish on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice 3.
Snider is the voice behind “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Rock,” which remain enduring anthems of 80s rock. As the lead singer for Twisted Sister, there’s so much more to Dee Snider. He’s starred in reality TV shows including Celebrity Apprentice; MTV’s Rock The Cradle with his son Jesse; Growing Up Twisted, an A&E series featuring the entire Snider family and their Long Island lifestyle; and ABC’s Celebrity Wife Swap. It’s a tradition of holiday giving that started on WDRB News in Louisville, Kentucky — and it’s branching out to French Lick Resort as we assist a small nonprofit making a big impact in our local community.
Join our effort to collect donations for Charlie’s Angels, an Orange County, Indiana charity dedicated to helping cancer patients and their families. Named in memory of Charlie Carnes who lost his battle with cancer in April 2011, Charlie’s Angels has helped hundreds of local families with access to vital treatments, assistance with bill payments, and providing dinners, gas cards, and other financial help to offset expenses of a cancer diagnosis.
100% of funds raised will benefit the Charlie’s Angels charity. You can donate online, or drop your gift in the donation box in front of French Lick Casino.
