FLR Internal CommunicationsThe Human Resources department will have a computer lab set up in the conference room across from the HR office to assist with 2025 benefits enrollment. The hours are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. If you need a computer or have questions, there will be a HR associate there to help. Professional benefit counselors will also be available November 4-29 to help you understand benefit options before you elect the coverage best suited for you and your family. To schedule a phone appointment call (855) 953-1386, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. You can also text “Cook” to 367655 to set up an appointment. To enroll through DayForce, please navigate to the Benefits area and select the Overview tab. You will find an icon under the Enrollment section for Open Enrollment. Click the ribbon to begin the guided process. Instructions and explanations are included with each step and a final confirmation of elections will be available to you. This confirmation can be found at any time under the Benefit-Current Election or Benefit-History tabs. The open enrollment period will close at midnight November 30. You may change or resubmit elections any time before the close. Your final elections at midnight, November 30 will become your enrollment.
