Can’t decide which services to select? Create your own ritual. Book three services and enjoy a 10% discount. Book four or more services and receive a 15% discount.
Rituals are available for booking Monday through Friday. All services must be booked for the same day. Discount will be applied at checkout. Services must be booked for single guest use.
We strongly recommend reserving your spa appointments when booking your hotel reservation, or at least 30 days in advance. Online reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Requests for a male or female therapist may be made but are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to honor your request, based on staff availability. Please notify the Spa reservations team 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the value of the appointment.
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive body treatments, massages and facials, and to use spa amenities. Guests ages 12-17 can receive nail treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 or older.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We ask that you silence cell phones and other devices before entering the spa.
Arriving late will shorten the length of your treatment. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.
You are welcome in your normal attire. We provide a robe and slippers for you to change into before your service.
There is a dry sauna in the men’s and women’s tranquility rooms. You will have access directly before and after your treatment.

This pass is for one-time, same-day use. Booking is done day of and based on availability.
Please remove jewelry before treatment, and leave all valuables in your room. The spa does not assume responsibility for valuables.

Prenatal massages, nail services, relaxation facials and body scrubs are available for our guests who are expecting.
You must have natural nails prior to treatment. The spa does not remove or apply gel, acrylic, shellac, dip or any other nail coverings, and does not administer artwork or designs. The spa uses non-toxic, harmless nail products.
