Preparing For Your Trip
The health and safety of our guests has always been our #1 priority. With that in mind we have implemented some new procedures resort-wide, and things may look a little different than the last time you visited. Before you come, we’d like you to be aware of a few things.
• Our associates are wearing masks. Guests are required to wear face masks or coverings in all indoor venues, and in outdoor public spaces when unable to maintain a safe social distance. We ask that you bring your own masks, but we will have a limited supply on hand.
• All guests entering the resort are given a temperature check. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher, as well as those riding in the same vehicle, will not be allowed to enter.
• We encourage guests to pay by card during their stay. Credit, debit or gift cards are accepted at resort venues. While cards are preferred, cash is also accepted.
• Bell staff will be available to assist you at the hotels, but valet service is temporarily unavailable. We have streamlined the check-in process for a contact-less experience.
• Please access French Lick Springs Hotel and French Lick Casino via the main entrance at the State Road 56/State Road 145 intersection. Please access West Baden Springs Hotel using the back drive via Sinclair Street.
• Read our FAQs to learn more about safety protocols and availability of amenities.
Providing a safe, clean and friendly environment for our guests has always been our foremost priority. Now more than ever, we are steadfast in our commitment to upholding it.
